All prices for merchandise and shipping costs are subject to change without notice. Please enter item, quantity, price, total, and shipping option and cost.
Priority orders placed on a Thursday after 12p, AZ time, will not ship until the following Monday.
Refunds
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days with an explanation of the reason for return. At the election of Veritas Publishing you may receive a refund, with the exception of the archival, Office Visit series which is noted that there are no refunds on this material.
Defective merchandise will be replaced within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us prior to returning the material with an explanation of the defect. The replacement will be shipped postage paid by Veritas Publishing.
Shipping and Handling
Priority orders placed on a Thursday after 12p, AZ time, will not ship until the following Monday.
Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery time is dependent upon the performance of the responsible postal service(s). Processing time before shipping is currently 1 to 3 business days. Packages ship when the order is complete.
Consider multiple item purchases, as the cost of shipping on a single-item purchase is disproportionately high. Prepayment is required on all orders. Insurance and risk-of-loss is the responsibility of the purchaser. All amounts stated are in U.S. Dollars.
Event Cancellation
Cancellations must be received three weeks prior to any scheduled event in order to receive a refund. There is a $25.00 processing fee.
Seminar and Satsang participants must be at least 14 years of age.
Tickets must remain in the name under which they were purchased. If you are unable to attend a seminar, we will refund your money, providing you cancel three weeks prior to the event.
Seminar tickets are nontransferable.
Please carpool, as parking at the Creative Life Center is limited.
