Friends of Dr. Hawkins
This group is designed to share both virtually and in person. The face-to-face locations will preferably be the city of Barcelona and/or Girona, depending on the preferences of the participants.
| The creation of this group is intended to share the teachings of Dr. David R. Hawkins in community through monthly meetings. These meetings will include readings, reflections on excerpts from the Doc’s work, prayers, as well as practices proposed by the teacher himself. The total duration of the meeting will be 60-90 minutes. All meetings will begin with 5 minutes of silence. After starting, the selected fragment or chapter will be read and then shared among all the participants. The intervention limits will be approximately 2 minutes per person, being flexible according to each case. The meeting will end with 5 minutes of silence. |
