| We meet for 90 minutes via Zoom on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month. We start with the group intention, followed by watching segments of Dr. Hawkins lectures with discussion about how the teachings apply to our lives mixed in throughout. We end with a 5 minute group meditation. |
