Dr. Hawkins Study Group in Beijing

This group is aligned with and devoted to the teachings of Dr. David R. Hawkins. It is primarily an online group at the moment, with in-person gatherings possible if conditions allow. We welcome sincere participants—whether new to spiritual practice or deeply experienced—regardless of religious or cultural background.

We meet every two weeks for 90 minutes to 2 hours, including:

• 15 minutes of group meditation
• 15 minutes of discussion
• 15 minutes of lecture clip viewing
• 45+ minutes of group discussion

The core intention of this group is to deepen the understanding of Dr. Hawkins’ teachings, dissolve the ego, and realize the Self. Acts of love and service—both within and outside the group—are always encouraged.

Language & Participation

The current sessions are conducted in Chinese. A strong understanding of the language is necessary to fully engage with the content and discussion.
