This group is aligned with and devoted to the teachings of Dr. David R. Hawkins. It is primarily held online. We welcome participants from anywhere close to the time zone—whether new to spiritual practice or deeply experienced—regardless of religious or cultural background. Meeting Schedule
We meet every two weeks, alternating between:
Chinese session (every four weeks)
English session (every four weeks)
Participants are warmly welcome to join both, or choose the language they are most comfortable with. Each session lasts 60-75 minutes, typically including:
Chinese Session Format:
60 minutes – Group discussion of a chosen book (Power vs Force, The Eye of the I, etc)
English Session Format:
30 minutes – Watching a lecture clip from Dr. Hawkins and discussion on it
30 minutes – Group discussion of a chosen book (Starting with Letting Go)
Our Intention
The core intention of this group is to:
Create a relaxed and happy field to deepen the understanding of Dr. Hawkins’ teachings. We encourage acts of love, both within and beyond the group.
