This group is aligned with and devoted to the teachings of David R Hawkins. It is primarily an online group at the moment. Meeting in person will happen if conditions are met. The group focuses on the study and understanding of Dr. Hawkins’ teachings for people who have no prior experience or are advanced in spiritual practice regardless of religious affiliations.
The core principle is to dissolve the ego and realize the Self. To help others with love, whether they are part of the group or not, is always recommended.
Group meditation of 15 minutes
Introduction and Lecture watching for 15 minutes
Discussion for 30 minutes
Suggestions are always welcome in facilitating to build a more effective study group.

The intention of this group is to share and discuss the teachings of Dr. David R. Hawkins.Ā I would like to start by reading what Dr. Hawkins considers The Trilogy, starting with, “Power vs. Force, then “The Eye of the ‘I’, followed by “I”: Reality & Subjectivity.

| This group is aligned with and devoted to the teachings of David R Hawkins. It is both an online group and in-person group with a focus on meditation to support the advancement of consciousness in service of God and humanity.
The format of the group is: 1. to open with prayers or readings from Dr. Hawkins, 2. watch a 3-10 minute Dr. Hawkins clip on a particular meditative technique or block or level to be transcended (eg. fear, judgement, desire, temptations, the final doorway) and then 3. meditate for 40 minutes, followed by a 10 minute walking meditation and/or break. This group maintains silence throughout the meeting. Clips start on the hour throughout the day. Participants are welcome to attend the full meeting time or attend for one or more meditations.Ā Please join at 5-10 minutes before the hour .
