Our group is devoted to studying the works of David R. Hawkins, MD, PhD and to exchanging personal experiences on our individual pathways to the realization of the Self. We serve the Highest Good.

This group is aligned with and devoted to the teachings of Dr. David R. Hawkins. It is primarily an online group at the moment, with in-person gatherings possible if conditions allow. We welcome sincere participantsāwhether new to spiritual practice or deeply experiencedāregardless of religious or cultural background.
We meet every two weeksĀ for 90 minutes to 2 hours, including:
- 15 minutes of group meditation
- 15 minutes of discussion
- 15 minutes of lecture clip viewing
- 45+ minutes of group discussion
The core intention of this group is to deepen the understanding of Dr. Hawkinsā teachings, dissolve the ego, and realize the Self. Acts of love and serviceāboth within and outside the groupāare always encouraged.
Language & Participation
The current sessions are conducted in Chinese. A strong understanding of the language is necessary to fully engage with the content and discussion.

The intention of this group is to share and discuss the teachings of Dr. David R. Hawkins.Ā I would like to start by reading what Dr. Hawkins considers The Trilogy, starting with, “Power vs. Force, then “The Eye of the ‘I’, followed by “I”: Reality & Subjectivity.

We meet on Tuesdays 9 am to 2 pm

| This group is aligned with and devoted to the teachings of David R Hawkins. It is both an online group and in-person group with a focus on meditation to support the advancement of consciousness in service of God and humanity.
The format of the group is: 1. to open with prayers or readings from Dr. Hawkins, 2. watch a 3-10 minute Dr. Hawkins clip on a particular meditative technique or block or level to be transcended (eg. fear, judgement, desire, temptations, the final doorway) and then 3. meditate for 40 minutes, followed by a 10 minute walking meditation and/or break. This group maintains silence throughout the meeting. Clips start on the hour throughout the day. Participants are welcome to attend the full meeting time or attend for one or more meditations.Ā Please join at 5-10 minutes before the hour .
