Our group is small and we have been meeting continuously since 2009. . Discussion is encouraged throughout the meeting. We also do calibrations if requested.

We meet Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30 to read and discuss a book or video excerpt of Dr. Hawkins. There is a 1/2 hour meditation after the meeting has ended.
