Divine Grace determines all Creation in all its expressions and aspects. We say that the unmanifest comes into expression as manifestation by ordinance of Divine will. This is made possible and activated by the Presence, whose quality is to potentiate the evolution of possibility into actuality. We could say, for instance, that a seed is dormant and inactive, but in the Divine Presence, it begins to grow. The potential patterns for the emergence of materiality reside within the invisible domain as energy patterns. The quality of ‘realness’ is only the radiance of the Self, which imbues the quality we call realness. The ordinary mind attributes this quality of realness to any material and imagines that the realness emanates from the material itself. The only thing that is real is the Self which, by nature of its divinity, radiates forth the qualities of life, reality, and existence. Life is either present or not.
